Fiat completes acquisition of Chrysler

Fiat was seen funding the 1,750 USD from the cash they had in hand available at the moment and Chrysler was seen funding the special distribution from the cash they had available in their hands.
As announced earlier, Chrysler Group and the United Automobile, International Union, Agricultural Implement Workers of America and Aerospace had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding.
