Ford Endeavour 4X2 XLT – A Tough SUV

I won’t be lying if I say that Indian market is not the best market for launching an SUV. If you don’t believe me, then list me five really successful and potent SUVs that entered the market and made a name for themselves, except for Ford Endeavour and Tata Safari. A clear evidence of my first statement is the number of SUVs that are currently available in Indian market. having said that, I will like to tell that whichever SUV has entered the Indian market, has been graciously accepted by Indian customers, with changing times who knows may be Indian market will also become a battle ground for SUVs. Now, let’s talk about the most potent SUV available in Indian market, the Ford Endeavour 4X2 XLT. There’s no denying the fact that the Ford Endeavour 4X2 XLT is the toughest SUV to enter the Indian market, and if you don’t agree with me then have a look at the SUV itself.

The Ford Endeavour 4X2 XLT is the base model or the first model of Endeavour launched by Ford in Indian market. The Endeavour 4X2 XLT comes with a huge 2.5 ltr diesel engine, which offers it the power of a bull and can take you anywhere you want. The engine provides the drive and acceleration, that unlike SUV and that is what makes me say that the Endeavour 4X2 XLT is completely stupendous. The engine comes with 4 cylinders and generates maximum power of 143PS and at the same time generates maximum torque of 330Nm at rated 1800 rpm.

As far as exterior styling for the Ford Endeavour 4X2 XLT is considered, it’s worth telling that it hasn’t changed a lot in recent past and is still pretty much the same. I was more than happy to see that Ford hasn’t done anything silly to hamper the rugged looks of the vehicle, and the Ford Endeavour 4X2 XLT still is a strong vehicle to have. On the other hand the interiors of the car are luxurious and spacious, which is pretty contradictory, considering the fact that the car gives an impression of a strong off-road hauler externally, while form inside the car is an utterly luxurious SUV.

So considering all this, I will say that if you are looking for a strong potent and performing off-roading SUV, then the Ford Endeavour 4X2 XLT definitely is the car for you.
