Rolls Royce limited was a British firm that came into existence in the year 1906 after a partnership between Sir Frederick Henry Royce and Charles Stewart Rolls in the year 1904. The company turned nationalized in the year 1971 and in the year 1973 its car making segment was separated and thus came into existence the Rolls Royce Motors.
