Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Berlin is reported to be sold for approximately 88 million euros ($121 million). An Austrian property group CA Immobilien was said to own the property.

“After the successful conclusion of this project, developing further high-value office properties to strengthen our German asset portfolio is right at the top of our agenda,” said CA Immo Chief Executive Bruno Ettenauer in a statement.

Magneti Marelli S.p.A. and Hero MotoCorp Ltd. have signed a Joint Venture agreement aimed at the production of powertrain systems for the two-wheeler market.

As per the agreement, Hero MotoCorp is learnt to hold an ownership of 60% share in the Joint Venture, with the remaining 40% to be held by Magneti Marelli. The construction of a JV’s production plant is planned for 2015, at a location in India to be defined shortly.
